OFFICIAL HOMESCHOOL DOCUMENTATION Family Tree Ministries provides professional Homeschool Transcripts, Diplomas and Achievement Certificates for enrolled students. We also offer docuentation services for districtly enrolled homeschoolers. Documentation is based upon parental affirmation and will include Florida course code numbers, testing data and relevant information for achievements. These are official documents and include references to district and DOE rules and have the Official Seal of Family Tree Private School as Consultant.
